Job Description
The candidate will:
Work with the network of Scrum Masters and QA Leads to come up with standard processes around Agile and QA.
Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members
Coach individuals and teams across the organization in iterative methods, to be collaborative and customer focused, and to create a transparent environment that facilitates an agile response to challenges
Build consensus through collaboration and will influence organizations on the implementation of the Agile methodology
Perform all the functions of a SCRUM Master in the scaled Agile framework
Act as subject matter expect for Software testing standards, processes, methodology and tools, coaching the Development Team in how to test the deliverable to meet the definition of “done”
Be accountable for ensuring that the scrum team follows the SDLC / Agile framework, making sure all steps are followed, metrics populated, ceremonies scheduled, reports produced
Create & manage test plans for the team deliverables
Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Typically 4-6 years experience.
Scrum Master Certification
ISQTB Foundational or similar experience
Have experience creating test plans
Desired:
Advanced Scrum Master (either Scaled or SAFe)
Advanced Agile technical tester (ISTQB) or equivalent
Lean six sigma green belt
