Job Description

  • The Individual will work towards the definition and execution of Unity implementation initiative, based on feedback from Ops, Lob and FIS
  • The Individual will collaborate with technology, Project manager, operations, and FIS to define solution roadmaps, to confirm relative priorities, and to prioritize towards go-live for Unity
  • The Individual will create and maintain current and target state documentation for custom processes, workflows, and forms.
  • The Individual will configure workflow and forms in Unity based on requirements from FIS, Ops and LOB (Line of Business)
  • The Individual will act as instructor on Training programs once Unity goes live
