Qualifications and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative finance, computer science or related fields

• 3+ years of equivalent work experience in business systems analysis, data analysis

• Experience with Traded Products: Fixed Income Securities, MBS, Firm Inventory, Repos, Secured Funding / Lending, Equities, Credit Derivatives, OTC Derivatives, Exchange Traded Derivatives, OTC or ETD Collateral, Listed Futures and Options, etc, Middle Office, general ledger reconciliation, PnL validations

• Demonstrable experience in defining business requirements with the focus on reviewing and analyzing multiple complex data sources and document data elements, data flow, relationships and dependencies

• 1+ Years of experience with one or more of Market Products knowledge, Wholesale credit and Consumers

• 3+ years of experience with SQL (intermediate / advance). Six months (6) within the last 2 years

• Practical experience in the use of SQL to identify required data objects in the database to prototype business reporting requirements

• A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues, and having the determination to follow things through

• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Oracle

• Detailed analysis and documentation of both functional and non-functional business needs to validate business requirements to determine how to best fulfill those needs via authorized data sources

• Gap analysis/Root cause analysis and track issue status through its life cycle

• Performing data analysis across multiple financial platforms

• Profile large datasets for analysis or testing efforts, with multiple/multi-type table joins, multiple keys, and nested queries

• Work with functional and technical teams to develop data sourcing logic

• Develop testable functional requirements and translate them into use cases for remediation

• Work closely with the Integration test team to ensure all identified scenarios are properly tested
