· At least 5 years of experience working in the capacity of program planning/execution as Scrum Master.
· At least 5 years of experience working in Agile Environment in developing business critical applications.
· Hands-on experience with project planning and prioritization.
· Hands-on experience with Agile Project Management tools such as JIRA, Rally or Azure DevOps.
· Hands-on experience with building and presenting project progress in relation to team velocity, plan vs. Actual, and financial budget.
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills that can digest and interpret the data within program execution.
· Communication skills and experience working with technical and business management teams.
· Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in an environment.
