Job Description

The contractor shall develop summary reports and detailed reports of findings in written form and in graphical format to illustrate trends, outliers, and linkages using graphs, tables, and charts. The contractor shall regularly consult with government employees and work with other contract personnel regarding data results/findings, which shall include alerting government of red flags, trends and risk of diversion.

Job Duties:

• Analyzes management, business, and technical issues related to program management and information systems
• Provides guidance the business implications of various systems
• Collaborates on feasibility studies and systems planning
• Assists in formulating systems scope and objectives
• Devises and/or modifies procedures for managing complex programs
• Key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts
• Works independently and supervises junior staff
• Skilled in data quality assurance, data analytics, detail orientated, and big data scrutiny
• Review, analyze, and validate large data sets ensuring data quality
• Primary function is to validate data and ensure data quality
• May also support efforts to identify, mitigate, or gaps in data

Basic Qualifications:

• 12 years total experience with 5+ years in-depth knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerBI, and/or other data analytic/visualization tools in order to design and build formulas, charts, links, pivot tables, etc.
• 2+ years of experience with the ability to manipulate unstructured data from different platforms
• 2+ years of experience in Technology, statistics, computer information systems; auditing; investigative; mathematics; and units of measure
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Physical Science, or other technology-related discipline
• Public Trust clearance
