Define test strategy and metrics, develop test plans, and coordinate execution. Develop test plans covering functional, integration, regression, sanity, performance, and UAT aspects for Salesforce and MuleSoft deployments. Test Salesforce service cloud applications. Test application integration using MuleSoft AnyPoint Studio. Design and develop test automation scripts using Java and Selenium. Create test suites. Configure and orchestrate test environments and infrastructure. Perform test execution including API testing, cross device, cross browser testing, regression, and sanity testing. Lead a testing team and work with testing team members to execute test plans and document defects. Coordinate with development teams for resolution. Document and track test outcomes and progress against targeted plans. Work with different technical teams including development, operations, business, and architecture to discuss functional and performance test results and troubleshoot issues. Represent the testing team in PI planning, Scrum calls, and meetings with business owners, technical managers, and stakeholders. Perform analysis of test results, categorization of defects, and assessment of overall product quality including functional and non-functional. Document and track test artifacts using Jira, source-code control, and test automation scripts. Perform production sanity test post release deployment and present results to management.
