Job Description

5 years’ experience resource who will need to be onsite working the day shift.

Strong organizational and communication skills who ideally has some hardware and software procurement experience.
Handling work orders, Tracking status of the equipment for each order.
Process requests to remove software, move software, purchase for different types of software, Microsoft Office 365 licenses, Audio Conference license requests, server software purchase, etc.
Perform software entitlement for zero cost applications based on work requests. Complete requests such as move software, remove software , base software license requests, software entitlements etc. within SLA.
Resolve issues with any software installation or entitlement for users. Collaborate with other support groups.
Perform software procurement activity, check license availability and initiate purchase accordingly.
Monitor group mailbox and respond to user queries within SLA. Monitor ServiceNow ticketing system for Requests, Work Orders, Incidents.
